Return of goods

Quality goods bought online can be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery to the buyer.

The following conditions must be observed when returning goods:

  • the returned product must be in its original packaging in good condition;
  • the goods must be undamaged by the buyer;
  • the product must be unused and in good condition (labels and protective films intact, etc.);
  • the goods returned must be of the same composition as those received by the buyer - the gifts received for the purchase must also be returned.

If the above conditions are met, please email us info@azuolashop.lt, and please quote your order number or attach a proof of payment.

Upon receipt of your request, we will contact you within 2 working days to arrange the return details.

Once you have received the goods and are satisfied that they are unused, the money will be refunded to the payer's account (or, if this is not possible, to another account you specify) within 3 days.

Defective goods are returned in accordance with the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods approved by Order No 217 of 29 June 2001 of the Minister of the Economy "On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods".

Please note that buyers should first contact the seller in the event of a dispute, and if they are unable to resolve the dispute, they have the right to use the online consumer dispute resolution platform to resolve the dispute:  https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/?event=main.home.show.
